Medical Transcription Archives
TransDyne keeps all voice files and transcribed reports readily available in our medical transcription system for a period of 90 days from the date the voice files are received; after 90 days they are archived. The amount of time that these files stay in the archives before being destroyed will be adjusted to meet your needs. TransDyne can provide you with a copy of the archived files before they are destroyed, per your request.
Accessing Your Medical Transcription Archives
If you need to retrieve a transcribed report from the past 90 days, you can access TransDyne's secure portal and search for a document based on a number of variables: date of service, date of dictation, MRN #, patient name, provider name, or a combination of any of these criteria can be used for the search. Alternately, you can call TransDyne customer support to have the document found and re-transmitted to you.
